OVERVIEW
I joined the Analytics & Orchestration Team in Genesys in July 2022 and what I can say is; so far so good. I worked on a couple of smaller projects initially but I'm now in deep working with Product and Development on our Dashboard North Star vision, which is both an exciting and challenging piece of work.
Keep an eye on this space. I'll be sure to add whatever I can, whenever I can.
